Neury® App: An Evaluation of Its Capabilities in Emotional Awareness and Management

Neury® presents itself as an integrated platform aimed at supporting emotional regulation and self-awareness. The inclusion of an Emotion Log and a digital Journal offers users the opportunity to document their emotional states before and after specific events, fostering a better understanding of personal reactions.
